Processing
After payment and address verification, orders normally require 2–3 business days for preparation, inspection and export packing. Weekends and public holidays in China are excluded.
International delivery
We use tracked cross-border air services. Delivery is normally estimated at 6–12 business days after carrier acceptance. Customs inspections, public holidays, remote addresses and events beyond the carrier’s control can cause delays. Tracking details are emailed after the international parcel enters the carrier network.
Duties and taxes
Import taxes or duties, when applicable, are determined by the destination country. The checkout page will state whether they are included or payable by the recipient.
Returns
Unused, unadjusted frames with all accessories and original packaging may be submitted for return within 14 days of delivery. Do not send an item back without contacting us first. Email chenlikun@fckvip.cn with your order number, reason and product photos; we will provide the return address and instructions. Return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the customer. Report transit damage or a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery.
