Processing
Orders are prepared after payment and address verification. The processing estimate and available tracked service will be shown during checkout before payment.
International delivery
Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and exclude customs inspections, public holidays and address exceptions. Tracking details are emailed after the international parcel is accepted by the carrier.
Duties and taxes
Import taxes or duties, when applicable, are determined by the destination country. The checkout page will state whether they are included or payable by the recipient.
Returns
Do not send an item back without contacting us first. Email chenlikun@fckvip.cn with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the applicable return address and instructions. Final return windows, return shipping responsibility and defect handling will be displayed before checkout when sales open.
